From the beginning with Adam and Eve family life has not always been easy or comfortable. In Genesis 25 we read about one family where mom and dad each had a favorite son, the sons became enemies for a time and the wife deceived her husband. Talk about confusing and conflicted, this family had it all.
Yes, it takes effort to build a healthy family. Honest communication, teamwork and personal development will all add some wonderful health to your family relationships. The Lord wants to help you build a healthy family. Even when problems arise and conflict occurs reconciliation and healing are possible. With Christ there is always hope that broken relationships in a family can begin to heal.
