Hold Fast

At the end of his life, Paul urges Timothy to continue to hold to the Gospel that had been delivered to Paul by Christ Himself. Timothy, along with all other Christians since the time of the Apostles, was tasked with following the standard and guarding the deposit of the Gospel. Recent findings by prominent sociologists indicate, however, that the church may not be doing as well at that as it should. Thus, it is more important than ever to hold fast to the Gospel.
