How do you prepare for tough times? The Weather Channel does a hurricane preparation week every spring to prepare people who live in areas prone to hurricanes. Peter writes to prepare Christians for times when life is a struggle, when you face trials and persecution. He tells us that you can prepare by taking in God’s truth and being connected to Jesus Christ. When you do this then what comes out of you under pressure in the storm will honor Christ and provide testimony to others of your faith in the Lord.
